Terms & Conditions – Your Voice, Your Region Survey & Prize Draw
1. Promoter
The promoter of this survey and prize draw is VAST Billboards Ltd (referred to in these Terms as “the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.
Employees of the Promoter, its agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per person will be accepted.
3. Survey Participation
Participation in the survey is free and voluntary.
Entering the prize draw is dependent on full completion of the survey.
All survey responses will be collected anonymously, and any personal information provided (for prize draw entry) will be stored separately.
4. Prize Draw
Participants who complete the survey will be offered the chance to enter the prize draw for one (1) prize of $1,000 in vouchers of the winner’s choice, subject to availability from major NZ retailers.
To claim the prize, the winner must provide valid identification (such as a New Zealand driver’s license, passport, or other government-issued ID) to confirm their name, age, and residency.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
If the chosen voucher retailer is unable to provide the requested voucher, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with another voucher of equal value.
The winner will be drawn at random from eligible entries on Friday 6th February 2026.
The draw will be conducted randomly under supervision by the Promoter.
5. Winner Notification & Verification
The winner will be contacted via the email or phone number supplied when entering the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, fails to provide satisfactory identification, or otherwise fails to claim the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
6. Privacy
Personal details collected for the purpose of the prize draw will be held securely by the Promoter and will not be shared with third parties, except as required to deliver the prize.
Where the participant has opted in for future surveys, invitations will be sent via email.
All survey responses will be aggregated and anonymised in reporting for marketing purposes.
Participants have the right to access or correct their personal information under the Privacy Act 2020.
7. General Conditions
By entering the prize draw, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Entries must be received by Sunday 1st February 2026. Entries submitted after this time will not be eligible.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits multiple entries, or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the prize draw if required by unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, network failures, or other issues that may prevent an entry from being received or recorded.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of entering or participating in the prize draw, or in relation to the prize itself.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
